I wanted a specific style and color and no where did any furniture store offer what I wanted: a mission style sofa with dual recliners. AF did. They supplied me with material and wood samples. Although ordering a large item sight unseen gave me a bit of anxiety, I checked out AF with various business organizations. Satisfied, I ordered my sofa and I love it!
