The hutch is new, never used. The customer meant to order the hutch with an open deck but
accidentally ordered it with a closed deck. (An open deck would have
had shorter upper doors with an open space between the upper doors and the top of the buffet base.)

This custom size table is substantial, it is built in our strongest
wood type, hickory. The table top is 1¼" thick with heavy-duty gear
slides to open the table to add leaves. There are two 18" wide leaves.
The classic Ebony stain goes with any interior decorator style.
The original customer needed a custom size, but then the table did not
work well for his needs. The table was never used before it was picked
up. If you like to entertain, or if you have a large family, this table
will be a fine addition to your home.

The bookcase stain color did not go as well with the original
customer’s other furniture as she thought it would, so it was returned.
The bookcase was never used.
The lovely silvery beige color is quite fashionable and may be perfect
for a modern touch to your home, although its classic lines go with
many styles.

The pie safe top has a one inch overhang in the front, but the top is
flush with the sides. The bottom molding is also flush with the sides.
The pie safe was a custom build to match the pie safes the customer had
previously ordered from us. The pie safe was accidentally built one
inch too tall and did not perfectly match the customer's other pie
safes. We rebuilt the pie safe to the correct height for the customer,
and this "too tall" pie safe is now on sale. Perhaps 32½" high will be
just the right height for your home.
