I. Delivery Time

Shipping time varies, but we generally require 8-12 weeks for delivery. Roughly 95% of our product line is not stocked and will be hand crafted from raw materials. Some smaller items are partially built ahead of time and can be shipped sooner.

An immense amount of time and care is placed on each piece that leaves our manufacturer's shops. We can assure you, the time this process requires will be well worth your time.

II. Order Cancellation:

Once you place your order, you will have 72 hours to cancel your order free of charge. If you decide to cancel after 72 hours have passed, we will do our best to stop the order process but charges may be incurred. Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card.

III. Returns

If your merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement including shipping cost as long as the damage is reported to us within 9 days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for damage occurrences after delivery.

If you decide for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, the merchandise may be returned for a refund minus shipping both ways within 45 days of delivery. All merchandise returned to us must be shipped via our company carrier, Pack Ship USA. Merchandise that has been personalized or customized in any way that will make it difficult to resell cannot be returned.

Refunds for damaged or non damaged merchandise returned to us require 30 to 45 days to reverse order process and payment.

IV. Redelivery Attempts: 

Customer is responsible for the cost of each redelivery attempt after initial scheduled delivery attempts have failed due to the customer not being available.



V. Right of Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer before money is transacted or, after transacted money has been fully refunded.  

a) Orders of single items that are typically purchased in sets, such as dining room chairs, may be cancelled due to shipping cost restrictions.  Our pricing for these items is set as low as possible for the benefit of customers who order sets of these items.  Please contact us for more information. 

VI. Privacy Policy

At Amish Factory we recognize that privacy is important. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

When you send personal information over the internet such as your credit card number, it is not readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information using the 'web standard' SSL (secure socket layer) technology.

We use 128 bit encryption for 'super-secure' transmission. Many sites only use 40 bit encryption which has been shown to be relatively easy to break. Your browser will be in "secure mode" as you proceed to the online order form. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice the padlock icon on your browser window is in the locked position. This indicates that all information exchanged between you and our server is scrambled. This encryption/decryption process takes a little extra time, so you might notice some slowdown in your browser's response times.
