Everybody loves apple crisp, and lots of people are wanting more recipes, so here's a perfect one for the fall season.
AMISH APPLE CRISP
5 to 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, unbeaten
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Place apple mixture in a deep-dish pie pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix topping ingredients, except cinnamon, with a fork until well blended. Sprinkle topping over apples. Drizzle melted butter over topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.Enjoy!
