Some Amish kitchenettes have caster wheels that are useful for when you would like to use the kitchenettes as a serving cart, while other kitchenettes can double as a serving cart, work area, and can seat people in a dining setting.

Our growling line of Amish kitchenettes have been carefully selected based on the reputation, integrity, and ability of our Amish kitchenette manufactures to consistently build and deliver the highest quality handmade kitchenettes available in the country. Most of the kitchenettes we offer and will be adding in the future are designed and built by the same Amish furniture builders that produce our Amish dining tables. Therefore, we can assure you the quality of our Amish kitchenettes is backed by years of experience and proven building techniques.

Like Amish dining tables, our Amish kitchenettes go through a rigorous quality standards and building process that ensures their quality 100% of the time. Before building commences, an Amish kitchenette starts life out by having the highest quality hardwoods hand selected for each piece that will be used in the kitchenette. The Amish builder will look for proper grain patterns, avoids knots and splits, and straight or properly dried pieces of the right sizes to be used in a particular kitchenette or other piece of Amish furniture.

Next the builder will begin prep by cutting and shaping certain pieces before the kitchenette will begin to take shape. The piece is carefully constructed using Old World building techniques such as utilizing mortise and tenon joints in combination with finishing nails and glue, or dovetail drawer joints, and dado joints, depending on the piece. Once the piece has begins to take shape, the meticulous process of additional sanding, shaping and finishing. The last step in the process is applying a stain and lacquer which provides the wood years of protection and highlights the beautiful natural grains.
